We are seeking a results oriented Sales Managers with a proven track record in activity based sales.

We are seeking aggressive sales hunters skilled at new account acquisition.The ideal applicant has previous experience in outside sales: door-to door as well as telephone prospecting is a plus, and experience in relationship ongoing service and selling is a plus as well. To be successful you must be ambitious and results driven, able to operate independently, as well as project confidence and professionalism inyour day to day activity. Sales representatives must be able to act as consultants, accurately evaluating the needs of the business, and properly presenting, and prescribing a course of action.
Requirements for position:
. 1 to 3 years outside selling experience is preferred
. Aggressive prospecting & appointment setting
. Experience in telephone & field sales
. Experience using a CRM preferred - Baseline PC skills/Microsoft Office a must
. Effective time management skill
. Ability to manage a large volume of sales opportunities
. Desire to work in a results driven sales environment
. Minimum 2 year college degree
. Fluent in Japanese and or Korean

January 2007 · Call Center Operations Manager - Cebu, Philippines
A nationally recognized organization that specializes as an outsourcer within the call center industry is currently in search of an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a contact center that seats 250 agents and is a 100% dedicated to one client, inbound, customer service. This individual will have approximately 15 Supervisors reporting directly to them and will be responsible for their performance by consistently meeting targets and contractual service levels for the department at efficient cost. The role is responsible for development & monitoring of performance measurements as well as the ongoing development of front line leadership staff. Again, this center is dedicated to one client that is in Medical Marketing Vertical.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. Manage, motivate, train and coach staff members to maximize productivity, profitability and effectiveness of department
. Ensure staff performance measurements dictated by department are communicated & met
. Provide regular feedback to supervisors & staff regarding performance
. Manage department utilizing Call Center Management practices
. Recruit potential staff to maximize retention and overall effectiveness
. Conduct/attend departmental & staff meetings (weekly/monthly)
. Ensure all programs meet service levels
. Ability to forecast staffing utilizing Workforce Management tool
. Review programs status to ensure contracts expectations are met
. Ability to develop and deliver departmental presentations to clients
. All duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum of 5 years call center management experience.
. Must have managed an inbound environment of at least 100+ agents.
. Experience in analysis of custom ACD reports.
. Experience with workforce management tool and forecasting workload.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong analytical skills; ability to track & trend.
. Ability to motivate and coach team.
. Goal and results oriented.
. BA /BS preferred.
Location: Cebu, Philippines
Compensation: 130-150k PHP/ Negotiable Base Salary
